The production of your order takes between 4–5 business days, depending on the product and quantity.

Custom apparel and products:
Once payment is completed and the design is submitted, production takes about 5 business days depending on quantity. After your order is ready, it will be shipped, and delivery will take 1 to 3 business days depending on the destination within the United States.

Floral arrangements:
Once payment is completed and the model, color, and quantity of roses are confirmed, if the item is in stock, it can be delivered the same day. For deliveries outside Orlando, shipping will take 1 to 3 business days depending on the destination within the United States.

Please note that since we work with custom products, production times may vary and delivery dates are only estimates.

It depends on several factors such as the type of garment, design, quantity, and your budget. If you're unsure, contact us and we’ll gladly advise you.

You can print any design as long as it complies with copyright laws and is not offensive or inappropriate. You can send your own design or request help creating a custom one.

We accept returns and refunds when there is a valid reason. UPS delivery times are not guaranteed.

Returns will only be accepted if less than 80% of the printed items have been used, and approval depends on the situation. All items must be returned before a refund is issued.

Refunds are processed based on the original payment method:

  • Bank transfer: 5–7 business days
  • Credit card: up to 30 business days

We accept the following payment methods through Square: Cash, credit card, bank transfer, PayPal, and Zelle.
