When placing an order, you will be sent an email notifying you that we have received your purchase order. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted, since, as mentioned in previous clauses, we reserve the right to accept or reject any order at any time. If your order has been accepted, you will receive an email confirming that your order is being processed.
Each order has a preparation time of between 2 and 5 business days. Since these are handmade products, the preparation time may vary and may be extended. If this happens, you will be notified by the email address you provided to us.
We process orders Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays, so orders received on Sundays and holidays will not be processed until the next business day.
We ship orders Monday through Friday. This means that if you placed your order between Wednesday and Friday, it will not be shipped until Monday, or, if Monday is a holiday, until the next business day. As detailed in previous sections, each order has a preparation time, so orders cannot be shipped immediately unless the products you requested are in stock, meaning they are already made and ready to ship.
Following the above, products that are in stock have a preparation time of 1 business day. This means that your order may be processed immediately after we have received the purchase order, provided it was placed on a business day. However, issues may arise, so if we are unable to process your order immediately after receiving it, we will notify you by email at the address you provided.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification, which will include your order tracking number.
If you make a mistake when placing your order, you may modify it by sending us an email at the following address: [email protected], provided that you have not received the “Order Shipped” email. If you have received that email, we will not accept any modification or cancellation. The modifications accepted are those related to billing information only, and never those related to changing the quantities of the products ordered or adding other products to your order. To do so, you must place a separate order through our website.
Following the previous point, you may not cancel any order if it has already been shipped.
